As a Royal Kingdom player, you have the right to request a deletion for all information we have about your game account. Please keep in mind that deleting your game account data will also mean deleting the data we have gathered about your game account, including any in-game purchases or event achievements. We retain a copy of your deletion request. Banned device IDs are retained to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.
You can tap the "Contact Us" button located in the top-right corner of this screen and write "Delete my account" to request account deletion. If you can't see the "Contact Us" button, please follow the steps below:
- Tap the "Settings" button in the top-right corner of the Royal Kingdom home screen
- Tap the "Terms & Privacy" button
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
- Tap the "Contact Us" button in the top-right corner
- Write "Delete my account."
- Tap the "Send" icon
After you submit the form, this process can take up to 7 days. Once your game account data has been removed, it cannot be recovered. When the account is deleted, the game will turn back to level 1 and you can begin again if you choose to play. The account deletion request cannot be canceled 5 days after it has been submitted.
