You can go to the “Teams” tab, tap on “Search”, and search for the name of the team you left. After finding the team, you can tap on the “View” and “Join” buttons to rejoin the team. If the team you are trying to join is "Closed", you will have to wait for the approval of the team leader or co-leader to rejoin.
